Parties

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of MyDigitalBot, a solution provided by Gazelle Talent – Consultoria Empresarial, Lda, which enables communication between organizations and users through digital channels and interaction with automated assistants.

Scope of the Service

MyDigitalBot operates through communication channels used by organizations, including, by way of example, platforms such as Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp, or other integrated channels.

The application allows:

  • sending messages by organizations;
  • user interaction with automated assistants;
  • answering questions and access to contextual information.

Access and Use

Access to MyDigitalBot is provided within the context of an organization and depends on the settings, permissions, and licenses defined by that organization and by the services and platforms used (e.g. Microsoft 365 or other equivalent services).

The user undertakes to use the service responsibly and in compliance with the law.

Acceptable Use

It is expressly prohibited to:

  • use the service for illegal or unlawful purposes;
  • send offensive, abusive, discriminatory, or harmful content;
  • carry out spam or unauthorized communications;
  • attempt to improperly access systems or data;
  • exploit vulnerabilities or interfere with the operation of the platform;
  • violate the rights of third parties, including intellectual property rights.

User Content and Responsibility

The user is responsible for the content they send or share through MyDigitalBot.

By using the service, the user grants Gazelle Talent – Consultoria Empresarial, Lda a limited, non-exclusive, and temporary license to process such content, strictly to the extent necessary to operate, maintain, and improve the service.

Automated Assistants

MyDigitalBot may include features based on artificial intelligence, enabling the generation of automatic responses.

The generated responses may not be fully accurate or complete and should therefore not be considered professional or binding advice.

Messages and Communications

The application may send messages, notifications, or campaigns configured by the organization using the service.

The user may stop receiving communications by uninstalling the application or through the mechanisms made available by the organization or by the channel used.

Service Availability

MyDigitalBot is provided 'as is', and interruptions, limitations, or failures may occur, namely due to technical reasons, maintenance, or dependence on third-party services.

Gazelle Talent – Consultoria Empresarial, Lda does not guarantee that the service will be continuously available or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gazelle Talent – Consultoria Empresarial, Lda shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, business interruption, or loss of profits.

Privacy and Personal Data

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the MyDigitalBot Privacy Policy, available on this page.

Changes to the Terms

Gazelle Talent – Consultoria Empresarial, Lda may update these Terms of Use at any time.

The most recent version will always be made available on this page, indicating the update date.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Portuguese law.

In the event of a dispute, the court of the district of Maia shall have jurisdiction, with express waiver of any other.
